Leading Managed Technology Services Provider Reinvests in Top Talent to Improve Customer Experience

SUGARLAND, TX -Function4, a leading managed technology services provider (MTSP), recently announced that they have promoted five employees into new roles within the company. As COVID-19 impacted small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs) over the past year, businesses learned the immediate importance of having a reliable technology solution provider as a resource in navigating these challenging times. This organizational expansion increases Function4's capacity to manage all aspects of their customers' technology, so that businesses have one organization that they can depend on to install, implement, maintain and optimize every facet of their business technology. The leadership at Function4 has been investing heavily into the IT expertise of its team and this is one of the many reasons why so many of its clients have asked Function4 to expand from simply managing printbased solutions to help them manage the rest of their IT needs, including services such as software services, voice services, multi-function printers, voice-over-IP (VoIP), managed IT services and much more.

As the business continues to thrive, leaders have become in highdemand within the organization. Over the past few weeks, several key team members have been promoted into their new leadership positions. Keith Watts has been promoted to Director of Service and will be responsible for leading all MFP service departments. "While we have many rising stars in our organization, Keith is an exemplary member of the team and was a natural fit for this position," states Bob Evans, Principal of Function4.

Harold Brown and Kristopher LeBoeuf have been promoted to the Service Supervisor position of their respective branches, Houston and Beaumont/Lake Charles. Each will be responsible for supervising a team of field technicians to ensure that customers continue to receive the superior customer-experience that they've grown accustomed to receiving as a result of working with Function4 over the years.

Brad Morris was promoted to Project Manager and will now be responsible for coordinating all the necessary resources to successfully implement all large and major MFP customer installations, where customers require upwards of 200-300+ new devices into their organizations.

Lastly, Christian Colasono has been promoted to Sales Supervisor at the Houston location. Colasono has mentored new sales staff in the past and will be leading the sales staff in uncovering new value-add opportunities for businesses who can benefit from utilizing the latest business technology to solve their most challenging problems.

"We're thrilled to have such a talented group of individuals," states Bill Patsouras, Principal of Function4. "Now that we have this group stepping up into leadership, it enables the rest of the team to refocus on our broader vision, so that we can innovate new ways of overdelivering through the latest advancements in technology."
